Requests received Friday evenings and over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.  If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, not including weekends, please check your spam folder.  Please note that once you have booked a session, that time slot is dedicated solely for your healing. I ask that you kindly make the same commitment to your wellness booking, by arriving on time for your scheduled appointment.  

Fee Payments

Please note that, when booking an in-person session, once a coordinated date and time have been established, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to hold the appointment.  This can be done via e-transfer or cash.

Please note that, when booking a telephone/Zoom session or distance Reiki session, once a coordinated date and time have been established, the full amount must be paid to hold the appointment.  This can be done via e-transfer or cash.

Please note that, for Group Readings, once a date and time have been coordinated, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to hold the appointment for your group. This can be done via e-transfer or cash.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking please contact me at tina@moonstonemedium.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  Ample time is needed to reschedule clients within a timely manner. Please understand that your original payment will be forfeited without providing 48 hours notice in writing via email.
